We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, limited drops, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer than usual.

If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Highway To Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Highway To Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Limited Releases and Pre-Orders

Some products may be released as limited editions or pre-orders.

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

  • Production and shipping timelines may vary.

  • Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped together once all items become available.
