Return & Refund Policy

At Highway To Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed products.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

The item must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The return is due to an error made by Highway To Wear.

Limited Releases

Many Highway To Wear products are produced in limited quantities. Because of the exclusive nature of our collections, certain items may not be available for replacement once sold out.
